In brief: To ask participants to rate their experience using fingers.

Intensity: Low

Introduction: A simple way to start the review process of an activity.

How to play:

  • Ask each member of the team to, at a count of 3, use the number of fingers (say 1 to 10) to show how he/she would rate the performance of the team in the previous activity.
  • Then ask each member to explain his/her rating.

Variation(s):

  1. Perform a before-and-after rating, and ask them to explain the differences.
  2. Ask for a rating after each activity in the programme. Chart the average rating to assess whether the team’s performance has improved.
