In brief: Playing a Netball game with balloon replacing the ball.

Introduction: As the name implies, it is a game of netball using balloons
Prop(s): A balloon (you need to mark out a court too).
How to play:
- Divide the group into 2 teams.
- A member of each team stands at opposite ends of the room, facing their counterpart across. This person is the ‘goal post’.
- The ‘goal post’ can move every part of his body but not his feet.
- Team members proceed to play a game of netball using a balloon as the ball. The balloon can only be thrown from one person to another, not handed over.
- Points are scored when the ‘goal post’ manages to catch the balloon (see picture).
- In addition, if a player burst the balloon, the point goes to the other team.
Variation(s):
- Give the players 2 balloons to manage at the same time.
- Give the group 2 balloons of different colours, say blue and red. Team 1 will score 2 points for catching a blue balloon and 1 point for catching a red balloon. The reverse is true for team 2.
