In brief: The whole group keeping more and more balloons in the air.
Intensity: High
Introduction: The good thing about balloons is that they are very compact and easy to bring around in large quantities when deflated.
Prop(s): 2 balloons per player. A stopwatch
How to play:
- Inflate all the balloons.
- Leave it to the members to decide how much they want to inflate the balloons as part of the team decision-making process.
- The whole group then has to keep all the balloons up in the air for as long as possible by bouncing the balloons.
- The game ends when any of the balloons hits the floor.

Variation(s):
- Increase the number of balloons to 3 balloons per player for a greater challenge.
- Start with 2 balloons per player and gradually introduce 1 additional balloon to the team every 5 seconds. The result is measured by the maximum number of balloons the group can keep up in the air before a balloon hits the floor.
- Allow the game to continue if the members manage to pick up the fallen balloons within 3 seconds.
- Make the game more challenging by restricting the members from using their hands (see picture – below).
Notes to the Facilitator: Allow the team to formulate strategies.
