Introduction: A fun way to loosen up those stiff muscles and joints.
Prop(s): None
How to play:
- Pair the participants up and ask them to stand back-to-back.
- They are to hold each other’s hands lightly. Do not interlock fingers!
- Go through the motions shown in the pictures:
- Hold hands with both arms out-stretched;
- Starting from one side, bring the arms over the heads;
- Lower the arms and bring the second pair of arms over the first;
- Gently bend the body and point the second pair of arms towards to the ground;

- Reverse the sequence;
- Repeat a few times.
- The position of the feet must be maintained throughout the whole activity.
- Increase the pace as the partners become comfortable with the routine.
Caution:
- Watch out for those with a history of back/shoulder problems.
- Always start slowly for all the participants to get familiar with the motions before doing it at a faster pace.
