Introduction: A deinhibitiser requiring contact with one another.

How to play:
- Mark out an area for the game and name a colour.
- The participants will look for any object of that colour within the defined area and use their index fingers to touch that colour.
Caution:
- Tell participants that the sensitive parts of the body are out of bounds.
Variation(s):
- Tell the participants they can only point to objects among themselves, e.g. “Black” – black shirt, black pants, black hair, etc (see picture).
Notes to the Facilitator: If you want to avoid being swarmed by the participants, set the rule that facilitators are not allowed to be touched.
