In brief: Players form into pair based on body parts called out by the Facilitator.
Intensity: Medium
Introduction: A deinhibitiser involving different parts of the body. Start with simple parts (e.g. fingers, elbows) and progress to more ‘challenging’ ones (e.g. heads, bottoms/backsides) as the participants get more comfortable with each other and with the game.
Prop(s): None
How to play:
- An odd number of participants is needed (you can join in to make up the number if necessary).
- Announce the name of a part of the body (e.g. index finger).
- Participants will try to form pairs by touching each other only with that particular body part.
- The last person left without a partner will have to perform a forfeit.
Variation(s):
Name two different body parts so that participants will have to make contact at 2 places, e.g. index finger to head, ear to palm (see picture), etc.
