In brief: Whole group massaging one another on the back.
Intensity: Medium
Introduction: Something to help everyone to cool down after a warm-up or at the end of the day.
Prop(s): None
How to play:
- All the participants are to stand in a tight circle, shoulders almost touching.
- Ask everyone to turn to his/her right and start massaging the person in front of him/her on the shoulder and back (see picture).

- When you shout, “Turn!” everyone is to turn 180 degrees and start massaging the other person’s shoulders.
Caution:
- Avoid using too much pressure. The aim is to make the person receiving the massage feel relaxed, not hurt.
- Do not hit directly on the backbone. Instead, massage on both sides of the spine (these muscles are called the Trapezius and Latissimus Dorsi).
