In brief: 2 partners to stand opposite each other, palms placed against palm. Each partner tries to get the other person to move the leg(s).

Introduction: A test of balancing skill and strategy.

How to play:
- Pair the participants up and ask them to stand, facing each other, about 0.5 metres apart.
- They are to place their palms lightly against each other (see picture – i).
- The aim is to try to get the partner off-balance.
- Any player who moves his/her leg is considered to have lost the game.
- A player is considered ‘off-balance’ if he/she takes a step backwards (ii) or forwards (iii).
