In brief: 2 persons to get from sitting position to standing position by using each other weight as counter balance.
Intensity: Medium
Prop(s): None
How to play:
- Pair the participants up and ask them to sit on the floor.
- Everyone position his/her feet firmly on the floor (see picture).

- Each person must hold each other’s hands firmly (do not interlock fingers!)
- At the count of 3, the participants must pull themselves into a standing position while holding on to each other for balance.
Notes to the Facilitator: I usually do this as a immediate follow-up to ‘Buddy Stretch’. It is easy if both partners are of the same size and weight. However, if one partner is bigger sized than the other, the one who is bigger size should stand slightly up before lifting the other partner.
